Last Updated: April 28, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the LV Glass Canada website and the glass installation, repair, replacement, and related services we provide to residential and commercial clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area. By accessing our website, submitting a quote request, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms set out in this document. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of our website and refrain from engaging our services until you have had the opportunity to review and understand your rights and obligations.

1. About LV Glass Canada

LV Glass Canada is a glass services company providing residential and commercial glass installation, repair, replacement, emergency glass services, custom glazing, and related work throughout the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario, Canada. Our services are offered to homeowners, tenants, business owners, property managers, and commercial developers operating within our service area.

These Terms of Service apply to all interactions with LV Glass Canada, including visits to our website, communications with our team, requests for quotes, and the delivery of any service we provide.

2. Use of Our Website

Our website is provided for informational purposes and to allow prospective and existing clients to contact our team, request quotes, and learn about our services. You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website.

You agree not to use our website in any of the following ways.

  • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any contact form or communication channel on our website.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, server, or associated systems.
  • Uploading or transmitting any material that contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code that could damage our systems or the systems of other users.
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scraping software to extract content from our website without prior written permission.
  • Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from our website for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website for any user who we reasonably believe is violating these terms or using the website in a manner that is harmful to our business, our clients, or third parties.

3. Quote Requests and Service Enquiries

Submitting a quote request through our website, by phone, or by email does not constitute a binding agreement between you and LV Glass Canada. A quote request is an expression of interest and initiates a process of assessment and communication. No service obligation arises on either side until a written quote has been provided by LV Glass Canada and expressly accepted by the client.

All quotes provided by LV Glass Canada are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Quotes are subject to change if the scope of work is found to differ materially from the initial assessment once work has commenced. In such cases, we will communicate any change in scope and revised pricing to you before proceeding with additional work.

Quotes provided by LV Glass Canada are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Following the expiry of a quote, a new assessment may be required.

4. Service Agreements and Acceptance of Work

A binding service agreement between you and LV Glass Canada is formed when you have received a written quote from us and communicated your acceptance of that quote either in writing, verbally, or by allowing work to commence. By accepting a quote and permitting our technicians to begin work on your property, you confirm that you have read and understood the scope of work, the quoted price, and any conditions outlined in the quote.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to authorize the requested work on the property in question. If you are a tenant, property manager, or agent acting on behalf of a property owner, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions from the property owner before engaging our services.

LV Glass Canada reserves the right to decline any service request at its discretion, including requests that fall outside our service area, involve work we are not equipped to perform safely, or involve properties where access or working conditions are deemed unsuitable.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted by LV Glass Canada are in Canadian dollars and include applicable labour and materials unless otherwise specified. Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will be applied to all invoices in accordance with the requirements of the Canada Revenue Agency.

Payment terms will be outlined at the time of quoting and may vary depending on the nature and scale of the project. Standard residential repairs and replacements are typically due upon completion of the work. Larger commercial projects may require a deposit prior to commencement, with the balance due upon completion or at agreed milestone points.

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. LV Glass Canada reserves the right to withhold completion of work or decline future bookings from clients with outstanding unpaid invoices.

If a payment is not received by the due date specified on the invoice, LV Glass Canada reserves the right to apply a late payment fee. We will notify you in advance if any overdue account is to be referred to a collections process.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change and that scheduled appointments may sometimes need to be moved. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed service appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover the cost of the technician’s time and any materials that were prepared or ordered specifically for your job. The applicable fee, if any, will be communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation.

If LV Glass Canada needs to reschedule a confirmed appointment due to technician availability, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer the next available appointment at no additional cost to you.

Emergency glass service calls that are cancelled after a technician has been dispatched may be subject to a call-out fee. This fee covers the cost of dispatch and travel and will be disclosed to you at the time of booking.

7. Access to Property

By booking a service with LV Glass Canada, you agree to provide our technicians with safe, unobstructed access to the areas of your property where work is to be carried out. This includes ensuring that any furniture, fixtures, or personal belongings that may obstruct the work area are cleared prior to the technician’s arrival.

Our technicians will treat your property with care and professionalism throughout the course of the work. LV Glass Canada is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your property, nor for damage to items that were not cleared from the work area prior to the commencement of work.

If our technician arrives and is unable to access the property or the work area due to circumstances within your control, a call-out fee may apply. We will communicate any such fee clearly before it is charged.

8. Workmanship Warranty

LV Glass Canada stands behind the quality of our work. All installations and repairs carried out by our technicians are covered by a workmanship warranty. The warranty covers defects in the installation or repair work itself and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, vandalism, extreme weather events, or alterations made to our work by third parties after completion.

The specific warranty period applicable to your job will be outlined in your quote or on your invoice. If no specific period is stated, a standard warranty period of 90 days from the date of completion applies to labour.

Glass manufacturers may provide their own separate warranty on glass units or products. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, we will provide you with the relevant warranty documentation at the time of installation. Manufacturer warranties are governed by the terms of the manufacturer and are independent of the LV Glass Canada workmanship warranty.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our team as soon as possible after identifying the issue. We will arrange a follow-up visit to assess the concern and determine whether it falls within the scope of the warranty. Warranty claims made outside the applicable warranty period or relating to damage not caused by our workmanship will not be accepted.

9. Limitation of Liability

LV Glass Canada will take all reasonable care in the performance of our services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with any service we provide is limited to the amount paid by you for that specific service.

LV Glass Canada is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or our website, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of business, or damage to property that is not directly caused by our technicians during the performance of the agreed service.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Ontario or federal law.

10. Insurance and Liability Coverage

LV Glass Canada operates with liability insurance coverage appropriate to the residential and commercial glass services we provide. Our insurance covers damage to third-party property caused by our technicians during the performance of our services, subject to the terms and conditions of our insurance policy.

Clients are encouraged to maintain their own property and contents insurance. LV Glass Canada is not responsible for damage to your property that is not directly and demonstrably caused by the negligence of our technicians while performing agreed work.

If you believe our work has caused damage to your property, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. We will review the matter promptly and work with you and our insurer to address legitimate claims in a fair and timely manner.

11. Intellectual Property

All content published on the LV Glass Canada website, including text, images, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and blog content, is the property of LV Glass Canada or its content contributors and is protected by applicable Canadian copyright law.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without prior written permission from LV Glass Canada. Personal, non-commercial use of website content is permitted provided that attribution is given and no material is altered or misrepresented.

The name LV Glass Canada and any associated logos or branding are the property of the company and may not be used without written consent.

Our website may reference or link to third-party services, platforms, or websites including but not limited to review platforms, social media channels, and industry resources. LV Glass Canada does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, products, or services of any third-party website or platform linked from our site.

Where we engage third-party service providers to support our business operations, such as scheduling software, email communication tools, or payment processors, those providers operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies. We encourage you to review the terms of any third-party platform you interact with in connection with our services.

13. Changes to These Terms

LV Glass Canada reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on our website. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations as a client, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you directly where we have your contact information on file.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concern or dispute before pursuing formal legal action. The vast majority of concerns can be resolved through direct communication, and we are committed to addressing legitimate issues promptly and fairly.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed severable from the remaining terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect and will not be affected by the removal of the unenforceable provision.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreement or quote provided to you by LV Glass Canada, constitute the entire agreement between you and LV Glass Canada with respect to your use of our website and the services we provide. They supersede any prior discussions, representations, or agreements between the parties on the same subject matter.
